  • Revere’s internal credentialing process was historically backwards — primary source verification not initiated until after provider’s network effective date (post-enrollment), rather than at onboarding or concurrently with payer enrollment.   • Isaac provider has not completed profile despite multiple reminder emails and re-invites; enrollment is stalled (Gong 2026-04-20).
