Medicare Advantage plan, formerly branded Cigna Healthspring. Rebranded to standalone Healthspring and enrollment process changed with the rebrand. Operationally distinct from Cigna — separate submission channel (NP Ops).
Active Work / Processes
- National contract via single roster to NP Ops is possible. At least one other Medallion client holds a national Healthspring contract with a single-roster submission path. For multi-state / high-volume customers, this beats state-by-state enrollment on effort and turnaround.
Pain Points / Open Issues
- Rebrand-era enrollment changes. After the Cigna Healthspring → Healthspring rebrand, enrollment details shifted; SOPs written before the rebrand may be stale. Medallion SOP update for Healthspring committed by 2026-04-20.
