Kyle Rice (00:00) hi, hey, loris. How are you?

Larissa Brefka (00:02) Good. How are you?

Kyle Rice (00:04) Oh, we’re living the dream today?

Larissa Brefka (00:07) Oh, same. I.

Kyle Rice (00:09) know. I got a good call from Luke out sick again this week. So, the,

Larissa Brefka (00:14) same for me. I started my days in the pediatrician today. I’m so stressed about it.

Kyle Rice (00:19) Oh, did you? Because?

Larissa Brefka (00:21) He’s too young. I mean, I kept him home for the first year to believe in. Okay. The first year is so hard. It was so hard for Emma in daycare. So, I’m going to keep him home with me. So he won’t get sick. Are you kidding me every week? I.

Kyle Rice (00:38) Know it’s always something with daycare. I know last week, I.

Larissa Brefka (00:40) Was scared. No, he’s not in daycare. He’s home. Oh, is, he had a nanny?

Kyle Rice (00:44) Oh, maybe Emma was just like bringing stuff home from daycare or something or?

Larissa Brefka (00:49) So, what I was told today is that he might have something called enlarged adenoids and that’s making like the mucus stuck so he can’t actually get out all.

Kyle Rice (01:02) The fluids.

Larissa Brefka (01:03) And everything. So he kind of like keeps having a lot of virus because of, that gets stuck on this. So it was very hard to find someone to see him because he’s under, you know, he’s an infant. So nobody wants to see him because they said even if we see him like no procedure with, you know, which anesthesia we were going to do it. So I was able to schedule a children’s hospital. So we’ll see for may. So I felt like it was quite quick because not just because he gets sick, it’s more because now we’re supposed to start food, but he doesn’t eat because he’s all the time like a little dog.

Kyle Rice (01:43) Yeah, poor.

Larissa Brefka (01:44) Guy. Yeah. So we’ll see is the same for you? He’s sick too all the time.

Kyle Rice (01:50) He’s been sick like with daycare last week, he had an ear infection and then he was allergic to amoxicillin so he had to switch up his antibiotic. And then daycare, just called this morning. And then luckily, my wife was able to pick him up because I’ve been taking the daycare hits mostly. So she took him to the pediatrician, I think he might have, I think it’s called Rosario. Have you heard of that before? Yeah, no, some sort of like viral infection. I don’t know. He had like 103 fever this morning.

Larissa Brefka (02:16) Yeah, it was the same for Charlie this afternoon.

Kyle Rice (02:19) Yeah. So he came home, got some tylenol, I was holding him for a bit, had tylenol kicked in. He wanted to play and then that’s good. That’s good then, but I think he’s going to be home for a day or two. So.

Larissa Brefka (02:31) I did not know that Charlie could have motrin. Actually, I found out today this morning that I could give him motrin because so far, I was told not to do it until six months, right? So I was waiting and they were like, but tylenol is not working. Tylenol just goes down to one on one.

Larissa Brefka (02:48) Yeah. So now I gave him motrin and for the first time since Saturday, it went down to like nine nine. So it’s like not clean. It’s not clear, you know, like it’s yeah, let me see if both of our friends will come just a second.

Kyle Rice (03:07) Yeah, don’t worry.

Larissa Brefka (03:18) I know they were meeting.

Larissa Brefka (03:27) So, because of him getting sick, I wasn’t able to do the crayola… experience. Like I told you last week. Oh, no. We went to Pennsylvania. We went to Easton and quaker town, Pennsylvania to visit friends, but then on Sunday, when we had scheduled the crayola, he was just so miserable then we, you know, it was going to be a three hours drive back. So we just came home earlier, yeah.

Kyle Rice (03:56) Yeah. And.

Larissa Brefka (03:57) It was bad because Emma knew about the crayola. So I said, when are we going to the park?

Kyle Rice (04:05) Yeah, I know it’s the worst when you got to change plans like that and they’re like, where are we going? What are we doing? Like, why are we not doing this? So it was.

Larissa Brefka (04:13) Like a third dollar, you know, a 30 dollars ticket. So, I mean, if we’re going to do that, it was going to be over 100 bucks. At least, let’s enjoy it. And I don’t think we would. He was so cranky.

Kyle Rice (04:26) Exactly. I hear you. Oh, Ellie has been on a tirade with the ice cream man in our neighborhood because he’s getting stuck on the court next to us like our street one street over. She’ll hear him. And then it’ll be like naturally, this alert. So this ice cream man does not come until like seven 30. So we’re just like pulling our hair out at this point like my.

Larissa Brefka (04:45) Man, seven 30?

Kyle Rice (04:46) Yeah. You’re coming a little late for ice cream right now and she’s got a big bone to pick with him because he’s come like three days in a row and he hasn’t hit our street. So, she’s been upset with that. So.

Larissa Brefka (04:56) Oh, but seven 30 is quite late seven.

Kyle Rice (05:00) 30 is pretty late. Yeah, we have one in bed already for about an hour at that point. And then Ellie goes down right around like eight, eight 30. Yeah.

Larissa Brefka (05:09) It’s the same for us. It’s been eight eight 30. Yeah. And Charlie’s seven o’clock yeah.

Kyle Rice (05:18) Yeah, Luke’s about six to seven.

Larissa Brefka (05:21) But he takes naps during the day too, right?

Kyle Rice (05:24) Yeah. He takes, if he’s home, he’ll take like a two or three hour nap usually. Oh.

Larissa Brefka (05:29) That’s good. Yeah.

Kyle Rice (05:30) And then, because we just cut his second nap down out of the schedule. And then if he’s at daycare, he’ll nap for about 45 minutes. Oh.

Larissa Brefka (05:38) Really? So he’s going to be super cranky after then?

Kyle Rice (05:42) Yes. Yeah.

Larissa Brefka (05:45) Yeah. Charlie sleeps well, too. One of the reasons why I felt like I could save the daycare. I mean, nanny’s expensive too, but it doesn’t have to be all day because he naps very well. Yeah.

Kyle Rice (06:00) That’s helpful. Yeah.

Larissa Brefka (06:01) He has two very long naps like two two hour naps. So that’s four hours pretty much.

Kyle Rice (06:06) Yeah, that’s almost half the day.

Larissa Brefka (06:08) Yeah. And then I have a nanny that comes for four hours. Yeah.

Kyle Rice (06:12) That’s nice. I would pay some serious money for her to take a four hour nap during the day.

Larissa Brefka (06:17) He’s actually napping with her most of the time, is he, yeah, but it’s expensive even coming four hours a day. It’s already 300 dollars a week.

Kyle Rice (06:30) My goodness. I know.

Larissa Brefka (06:32) And that’s you know, it’s cheaper than if he was going to go to a daycare because that would be around 500 a week, yeah.

Kyle Rice (06:41) It’s about how much we do for, I think daycare is around like 375 for the week, but it’s nice that they do diapers and food in there. So it’s I feel like it’s a good cost.

Larissa Brefka (06:51) Yeah. Let me see what’s going on.

Kyle Rice (06:53) Yeah, no worries. Happy to hang out for a minute.

Larissa Brefka (06:57) I know they were meeting just a second.

Larissa Brefka (07:25) She’s typing.

Larissa Brefka (07:33) Let me see. You need to use the chip. Hey, Lorraine, are you coming to the meeting with Kyle? Okay. Bye, they are coming.

Kyle Rice (07:49) No worries. Just had some quick renewal updates and credentialing updates for you guys for today? So we’ll keep it quick and light.

Larissa Brefka (07:57) I saw you have Elisa and Brianna, both, I have already escalated today. So, is that anybody else?

Kyle Rice (08:08) Brianna, Elisa… no, that looks about that. Looks like that’s.

Larissa Brefka (08:15) about it, right? Okay.

Kyle Rice (08:18) Yeah, everything else has been submitted except for Molly, Wilhelm?

Larissa Brefka (08:22) Oklahoma, right? Lorraine has been taking care of it too. We still need the cpa. So, Lorraine, I saw an email about that, so we are taking care of it as well as Brianna and as well as Elisa as well. So, hopefully we’ll be resolved perfect.

Kyle Rice (08:44) Sounds like a plan. Hey, Tamara. Hey, Lorraine. How are you guys doing today? Happy Monday… figure out meat Lorraine.

Larissa Brefka (08:54) Both are mute.

Kyle Rice (08:55) Both are mute.

Lorraine (08:57) Can you guys hear me? Sorry? Good morning. Good afternoon.

Tamara Ragland (09:00) I’m telling her then I’m on mute as well.

Kyle Rice (09:03) Happy Monday. How are you guys doing? How was the weekend for y’all?

Lorraine (09:06) Good. Not long enough. But that won’t be too much longer. I,

Tamara Ragland (09:11) know.

Kyle Rice (09:11) I hear that.

Larissa Brefka (09:13) Lorraine has a countdown now. Yeah.

Lorraine (09:16) My husband has a countdown, I know.

Kyle Rice (09:22) Oh,

Lorraine (09:22) my gosh. I vacillate between saying… okay, I’m ready to do this. I’m ready to the, I dread this. What am I going to do with myself on Monday morning?

Kyle Rice (09:39) Be a poolside with a nice coffee. There you go. I.

Lorraine (09:42) did get out this morning and go outside by the pool and have my coffee actually.

Kyle Rice (09:46) There you go.

Lorraine (09:48) I did that. I don’t sleep very well, so, I decided, you know what? I’m just going to get out and sit outside and it was really beautiful, right?

Larissa Brefka (09:55) And you can always fly here. I can find a lot of things. Oh,

Lorraine (09:58) I know you want me to babysit for you. I can’t but I’m going to come and do that anyway, like a lot, get ready for taking care of grandchildren. Hey, just an aside, do you think a book that, do you think that book? Because you’ve just, you still have a little one. Kyle, what to expect? The first year is a good book. I don’t know. I don’t remember. They wrote to what to expect when you’re expecting. Oh, yeah. Yeah, they had to come out with a book. What to expect the first year. I wanted to get it for my stepdaughter what do you think I?

Kyle Rice (10:29) Think so definitely, if, you might want to do, you might want to throw your own page in there and write the unexpected a little bit because, yeah, definitely, they, there’ll be some surprises in there for sure. I was just telling the rest. I didn’t have it in the cards today that my little one is going to be homesick today. So it’s always something with these guys.

Lorraine (10:48) Always something there’ll be some.

Tamara Ragland (10:49) Cute if you did like little tabs or something Lorraine so she could go to like the ones that, you know, are very important.

Lorraine (10:54) Yeah. And also something, you know, how you guys were talking earlier about mr talberts or dr talberts, That to put a tab with that? Yeah, because things have changed since I had a little one and you guys have so many more options now to give kids than I had, you know?

Larissa Brefka (11:13) What is a good present Lorraine? Have you seen those printers for pictures like that? You can connect to your phone and then print the picture. People have given me a book to print to put stuff from Emma’s first year, but I didn’t have the printer, so I never did. So I started doing now. She’s four, but at least I used to, you know?

Lorraine (11:34) That’s a good idea. Yeah, that’s an excellent present actually. Yes.

Kyle Rice (11:38) We do something similar for we do a monthly book from shutterfly where we just combine like the monthly pictures into like this little like it’s a four by four book and it’s like a little booklet and Ellie and Luke both love like looking through that.

Lorraine (11:50) I wonder if there’s a subscription you can get for shutterfly that does that?

Kyle Rice (11:53) I think there, is it’s nice. Yeah.

Tamara Ragland (11:54) I’m going to look.

Lorraine (11:55) into that. They.

Tamara Ragland (11:55) Have good specials too. Shutterfly.

Lorraine (11:57) Yeah, they do. They have great specials that’s an excellent idea. Definitely recommend it. So, I see that brie Willis went into the credentialing and I’m going to have Tamara when we get off, move her over so she can do that.

Kyle Rice (12:11) Okay.

Lorraine (12:12) Their meeting is scheduled for Tuesday. How’s everybody else? Looking? Brian carpenter? I see, I think he finished everything he’s got a little green shield. The green shield means he’s done yep.

Kyle Rice (12:22) I think so. I think he’s just about done. I was just about to bump the credentialing team. I know they’re finalizing the license verifications for those. Okay for Lisa Shaw. They just need her imlc information uploaded into her profile, but her attestation is received, and then we should be good to go.

Lorraine (12:37) Larissa, can you do that? Yeah, do that for her so that we can get that off the books?

Kyle Rice (12:44) Yeah, Larissa just let me know when that goes through and I can help push those through and,

Lorraine (12:47) what’s the little triangle for Alex? His disclosure questions? He didn’t answer?

Kyle Rice (12:54) That means hang on. Let me pull him up real quick.

Lorraine (12:56) Because we know he has issues that.

Kyle Rice (12:58) Means he’s probably got a hit on something. He’s got a hit on something.

Lorraine (13:02) We know that something new. We always, he has a hit. We know that.

Kyle Rice (13:07) Hopefully, not a new hit. Let me go.

Lorraine (13:09) Look, I don’t think that it’s a new hit, but I think it’s the same stuff he’s had forever… for him and a palm. And now Randy’s going to have a hit every time he’s got four items on his list. So, yeah.

Kyle Rice (13:28) It looks like Alexis remember?

Lorraine (13:29) That, Tamara, it looks like if they’ve had a malpractice, you’re going to have a flag every time they run the mptp who’s.

Tamara Ragland (13:36) that person, Randy?

Lorraine (13:39) That doctor, Randy berklich or whatever his name is, and a palm’s gone, Alex, he’s always going to have a hit because he’s got a malpractice? Okay. But go, look, I mean, obviously go look, make sure it’s nothing new, but, I mean, like, you know, okay.

Larissa Brefka (14:00) So, Brian carpenter wants to know where and how he does this attestation?

Kyle Rice (14:07) He did, it looks like he’s good to go.

Larissa Brefka (14:09) Brian, yes. Okay. I will close the task here because it’s open. Okay. Perfect anybody else left or just that,

Kyle Rice (14:21) just Lisa Shaw’s, imlc. And then we should be good to go. So, sure. Okay. And then, I know we just, I only had just some renewal updates for you guys, which I think we just covered, Larissa in depth, but I’ll just run through it again. So I know you’re tracking, Elisa Garcia, Elisa, Elsa,

Lorraine (14:44) Elsa, I would say it wrong.

Kyle Rice (14:46) Her, South Carolina is just pending her portal login. And then the only other one we need is, pega’s South Carolina, portal login. And then for Molly, we’ll.

Lorraine (14:56) have, well, pega, South Carolina, we don’t need to renew. We don’t need to renew?

Kyle Rice (15:01) No.

Lorraine (15:01) And she’s on maternity. All right. Should I close that? Wait? Let me make sure, wait.

Larissa Brefka (15:11) Pega intake?

Lorraine (15:16) No, I mean, typically, we don’t because she can’t supervise, but I’m just making sure, oh, I know why we put her back to renew because she’s on the east coast team. Remember Tamara, we accept that to renew. Okay? We’re going to have a problem. We’re going to have to reach out to her on her personal email because she’s away on maternity. When does it come up now this month?

Kyle Rice (15:34) Yeah, I believe it’s four 30.

Larissa Brefka (15:38) I wonder if Bianca has a way of reaching out to.

Lorraine (15:40) Her. I wonder if Bianca can reach out and also send her an email on her personal email. And I’m going to check by any possibility that maybe she did it herself. Okay? Let me reach out to.

Larissa Brefka (15:54) Bianca, but reach.

Lorraine (15:56) Out to Bianca and then send her an email on her personal email. We’ve already talked about that about setting up because we’ve got another position going out on maternity at the end of the year or in September, right? Tamara in September.

Tamara Ragland (16:17) Garrett.

Lorraine (16:20) Garrett, right? Yep. But I’m just wondering, let’s see if she renewed this herself. Oh, gosh. Her name’s on it’s. Going to be the long version of her name. Who else did you have a problem with?

Kyle Rice (16:37) Just Molly Wilhelm, I was the last one for an updated collab?

Lorraine (16:40) I just sent her the paperwork for the Oklahoma. Taylor just returned it to me today. Perfect. And I’m going to reach out to her. I told her that it was urgent, but let me go ahead and tell her. Awesome. What?

Kyle Rice (16:52) Else. Did you guys want to go through for today?

Lorraine (16:54) We need you to prioritize. I’m not sure if we told you, Carla… Perry davis, I think we might have discussed it, but Carla.

Kyle Rice (17:05) Perry davis? Yeah.

Lorraine (17:07) She’s the pa, the new pa.

Kyle Rice (17:13) I can do that for you guys. What else?

Lorraine (17:20) Was there something else we needed to tell him? Tamara? I think there was no.

Tamara Ragland (17:25) We, yeah, he deactivated Garrett, no.

Lorraine (17:30) Not.

Tamara Ragland (17:30) that I could think of? No.

Lorraine (17:32) Fiona has a South Carolina. I think her, South Carolina also needs to be moved on, I think or Delaney. Sorry, Linda Delaney… it expires this month. We set it to be renewed. Yeah, yes, I.

Kyle Rice (17:49) just asked their intake team to move that in the process as well. Okay. I,

Lorraine (17:56) think that’s it, but I wanted to touch base just to be sure. Okay, if there’s anything else we need… perfect. Yeah.

Kyle Rice (18:04) Everything else looks to be in good shape, just those three and Linda. So if there’s anything else, I will just take, I’ll take a look at the renewals and make sure we have everything in process. And then I can prioritize Carla and then we’ll make sure we get Linda moved through as well or Lindsay Tamara?

Lorraine (18:18) Is there something else you recall, if there’s anything else we needed to remind him of? Not that I can think of? Okay. I think we’re good. Then… we’ll see you on Thursday. We have a meeting for Thursday that sounds good? Thursday. If we have something else we’ll bring it up then? Cool?

Kyle Rice (18:36) Yeah. If you guys got anything else in the meantime, just?

Tamara Ragland (18:38) What about all the ones that we emailed him about on the seventeenth about the, just like Teresa Garcia. Was that taken care of her expiration date in the system? Oh, you said that was fine because you fixed that, I believe, yes.

Kyle Rice (18:50) Yes. Yeah. Everything he emailed me about has been taken care of. I don’t think I have any outstanding 20 emails right now. So, if you guys emailed me for an expiration date update, that should have been updated? Okay?

Lorraine (19:00) Yeah, peglia by the way, doesn’t come back until July the sixth. Oh, nice. So we’ll try to reach out to her.

Larissa Brefka (19:14) Okay. Kyle, I’m attaching Molly Wilhelm’s form right now. So if you could flag… the team to do to go forward with it, that would be great. She.

Lorraine (19:25) Returned it.

Larissa Brefka (19:26) Yeah, she just returned a minute ago. Okay? But she,

Lorraine (19:29) needs they need the whole form. She just only returned one page. Can they, I don’t know that we gave them the whole thing filled out. I have to fill out the form. Hold on. I’ll send it to you now with all the pages… perfect. I’ll put it in the task now with all the pages, that sounds good. Okay?

Larissa Brefka (19:45) Thank you.

Kyle Rice (19:46) Thanks, guys. Have a great rest of your day. Happy Monday. Bye.

Lorraine (19:48) Bye bye.
