Peter Bosworth (00:00) hi, Peter. Hey, Colette. How are you?

Collette Waddell (00:03) I’m good. How are you doing?

Peter Bosworth (00:06) I’m good a little under the weather, so I might be camera off, but.

Collette Waddell (00:09) I’m also going to be camera off just for, I just kept getting like kept freezing on my call that I just got out of. So I’m just gonna try to see if I can have better success without my camera on.

Peter Bosworth (00:27) Sounds good. Okay. She had questions, is she in the waiting room? She?

Collette Waddell (00:34) Is not, no, I’ve got it pulled up and I was thinking what I’d really like is for Kimberly to screen share and just kind of drive and just chat through and to kind of explain to us what her questions are as it relates to verifying boards in between like credentialing events basically, because we ran out of time during the monthly call last week. So I just wanted her to feel like we weren’t I wasn’t it wasn’t gonna be another month, you know, before we could get the answers. I.

Peter Bosworth (01:13) Just had a lot. I’ve had a lot of calls about like certification… sorry, verification fees for board certs, but they were all at the time of credentialing events. So, do we verify board certs in between credentialing events?

Collette Waddell (01:29) We do not, but they are self serve. So if they trigger because I think because for physicians, we have like that verify button where it just does like the abms.

Peter Bosworth (01:47) Right. And,

Collette Waddell (01:49) I think the question is if they push that button to verify like and there’s not like an open application and process. Like are they going to get a pass through fee?

Peter Bosworth (02:04) Okay. So.

Collette Waddell (02:05) I think that’s maybe where she was going with it, but again, I wanted her to just like,

Collette Waddell (02:18) time to actually like explain, what the ask is. Yeah, let me double check to make sure I don’t like a missed email from her. What do you think?

Collette Waddell (02:43) Yeah, I don’t have any other follow… ups. So I guess we could just hang out for a few minutes.

Peter Bosworth (02:59) Sounds good.

Collette Waddell (03:13) Thank you for bumping… our… wait. Did I bump our… please check? I?

Peter Bosworth (03:30) Accidentally deleted it?

Collette Waddell (03:35) I don’t remember if I mentioned this last week, but I’m and my sister is in California just helping out in a family emergency. So, but I’m flying back home to charleston tomorrow, which is why I had wait. Do we usually meet tomorrow? I don’t know. I’m today. Okay. No, then I think I cancel or I think I put like maybe because I, I’m like trying to cram things into today that I would have otherwise done tomorrow. Sorry. Oh, no worries. No worries. I’m like not focused.

Peter Bosworth (04:09) No worries. So.

Collette Waddell (04:11) I’ll be traveling all day tomorrow, but I’m back online Wednesday morning. All right. No, Kimberly.

Peter Bosworth (04:25) Not.

Collette Waddell (04:25) yet, no, I’m like staring at the waiting. I have it just on my screen here. So I don’t miss… it. Got it.

Peter Bosworth (04:40) Give her a few more. Sorry about family emergency. Sorry? Oh.

Collette Waddell (04:45) No, you’re no, yeah, I appreciate it. I’m just glad I was able to kind of get out here quickly and help where I was able to. Yeah.

Peter Bosworth (04:58) Where in California?

Collette Waddell (05:00) San Diego? Nice. Yeah. Have you been out this way before?

Peter Bosworth (05:07) I have. Yeah… I guess not a lot like coronado. Yep.

Collette Waddell (05:19) Coronado. Yep. She’s in my sister and her family are in la jolla specifically, just up the mountain from pacific beach.

Peter Bosworth (05:29) Yeah. La jolla is awesome. Beautiful. It.

Collette Waddell (05:35) Is beautiful. It is expensive.

Peter Bosworth (05:38) Yeah… it’s so expensive and.

Collette Waddell (05:43) Gas and like both of their cars require premium gas. And I was like just for that reason alone, I would get rid of those cars.

Peter Bosworth (05:52) I mean, what is it? Like six dollars.

Collette Waddell (05:55) It’s like six and some, I mean, yeah, it’s like twice as much as it is like on the east coast, like it’s like three dollars and some change like somewhere in the threes depending on, you know, where you are and what level of gas you’re getting? But here, it’s like in the upper fives and sixes depending again, where you are. Yeah.

Peter Bosworth (06:30) You think we’re in reschedule territory now?

Collette Waddell (06:34) Yeah, I think so. I think we’re not going to have enough time. So I will just propose rescheduling and I’ll just look at your calendar and so sorry to steal your time today.

Peter Bosworth (06:48) No sweat. No, I’m my calendar is up to date. I’m out of office on Friday, but I’m back Monday, so.

Collette Waddell (06:55) Okay. So, I’ll just propose us syncing maybe early next week. Okay? And then I’ll also work on getting the call with Kayla scheduled. Yeah, at the reporting thing I was asking about like payers and they’re not delegated. But then she showed me an example and it looks like a very detailed like big payer report. And so I was like, I’m just gonna, I feel like I feel like that, yeah, fits into another product skew for sure. So, anyways, all right. Well, I will email Kimberly and just propose that we regroup next week. Okay. All right. Thanks, Peter. Appreciate it. Bye. All right. Bye.
