Joshua Rodriguez (00:00) hello, this is josh.
Ryan Lange (00:01) Hi, josh. This is Ryan over at medallion. How are you?
Joshua Rodriguez (00:05) Good, good. How are you doing?
Ryan Lange (00:08) I’m doing well. Thanks for asking. Listen, I’ll keep it super brief. I know I’m calling you out of the blue. I actually sent you an email earlier today just regarding brightspan and your credentialing and licensing needs. I actually speak to a lot of like healthcare leaders at organizations just looking for a more modern way to handle that credentialing and enrollment process. Was curious how your current system works now?
Joshua Rodriguez (00:35) Got it. Let me see because I believe I did see, yeah, I did see an email come through.
Ryan Lange (00:42) I also checking out your LinkedIn. I saw you’re from jersey.
Joshua Rodriguez (00:48) yeah, yeah, I’m from based out of jersey. Yeah.
Ryan Lange (00:49) Oh, nice. Nice. I went to school at montclair. So, fairly close to west orange.
Joshua Rodriguez (00:52) Yeah.
Joshua Rodriguez (00:58) Awesome. So.
Ryan Lange (00:58) Yeah.
Joshua Rodriguez (01:00) So, when it comes to credentialing at brightspan health. So, we have a team that does credentialing and contracting. We provide medical billing services for Aba providers.
Ryan Lange (01:13) Okay.
Joshua Rodriguez (01:16) In different parts of the country, the challenge that we’re facing right now as a business is that we are going through business restructuring right now.
Ryan Lange (01:25) Yeah.
Joshua Rodriguez (01:26) So, we haven’t been… onboarding new people, new programs, new partners because we’ve had to lay off a considerable amount of employees.
Ryan Lange (01:40) Got it.
Joshua Rodriguez (01:40) In a short period of time, but that being said, that does not mean that we wouldn’t be able to move forward, you know, bringing on more partners and, you know?
Ryan Lange (01:53) Yeah.
Joshua Rodriguez (01:54) Our, is your, does your company serve to outsource certain components of businesses?
Ryan Lange (02:01) Yeah. So, the thing about medallion is it’s all AI automated.
Ryan Lange (02:06) It’s an all it’s an end to end solution. So, we would kind of take that on for you. So the team wouldn’t have to, you know, scale or grow your headcount as the business scales. So, there wouldn’t be a need to, you know, hire additional credentialing people or additional licensing folks. What we would do is handle all of that.
Ryan Lange (02:28) from, you know, getting those providers billable as soon as possible, we would handle getting all of their credentialing and licensing, primary source verifications all in one platform and we have contracted slas. So, you know, everything will be done as quickly as possible. And then, you know, as soon as those providers can start seeing patients, you’ll become more revenue generating faster as well. So, we cut those turnaround times. If you have a manual team, it’s probably taking like 30 to 120 days. We can cut it down to just two days to get those providers billable.
Joshua Rodriguez (03:08) Got it. Okay. I mean, that does sound like… an amazing solution.
Ryan Lange (03:15) Yeah, so.
Joshua Rodriguez (03:15) And it’s something that I can present to, our CFO specifically,
Ryan Lange (03:23) Yeah, yeah. Yeah. What, do you think maybe we could set up some time with you and the CFO? Maybe in a week, or two, whatever works best for your schedule?
Joshua Rodriguez (03:33) Yeah. Let me, I think in terms of timing, I wouldn’t anticipate… availability until halfway through quarter two, so that would probably be either halfway through quarter two or at least the beginning of June.
Joshua Rodriguez (03:53) I think that would be the time frame that would work for him considering… the transition that we’re going through right now.
Ryan Lange (04:01) Okay. That’s understandable. Okay. So what I’ll do? I’ll make a note to follow up maybe like towards the end of may, try to schedule something for beginning of June. And yeah, I’ll shoot you an email with just some additional info just so you have that.
Joshua Rodriguez (04:15) Got it. Okay. I appreciate it. Thank you, for the information Elizabeth.
Ryan Lange (04:17) Yeah, I appreciate the chat. Thanks so much.
Joshua Rodriguez (04:19) Yep. No problem. Thank you.
Ryan Lange (04:20) All right. Have a good one. Bye.
