Nick Vander Velden (00:00) hi, Naomi. How’s it going?
Naomi Denson (00:01) Good. How are you? Good. Hi, Melanie?
Naomi Denson (00:10) You’re on mute if you’re talking… how’s it going?
Melanie Cannon (00:16) Can you hear me now?
Naomi Denson (00:18) Yes. Okay. There you are. How are you? What?
Melanie Cannon (00:22) Was happening? I could hear you guys and I was like, no… thank.
Naomi Denson (00:29) You so much for your flexibility in moving this today. Oh.
Melanie Cannon (00:33) My gosh. Don’t worry about it. Anytime anyone asks me to move a Friday meeting, the answer is always yes.
Naomi Denson (00:40) Same you.
Melanie Cannon (00:40) Do not have to worry about that. Especially with a sick kid home. I do not mind at all. I just can’t believe I never answered Pete. I like opened that email at one point and like remember piping out a response and I never hit that.
Naomi Denson (00:53) No problem. I just wanted to make sure, we were driving that forward appreciate.
Melanie Cannon (00:59) It, the other thing on my list is I need to send you back the credentialing policy. So, I edited that we don’t do privileging. Aledade, doesn’t do privileging for?
Naomi Denson (01:10) Any of our practices?
Melanie Cannon (01:12) So, I just removed all of the privileging stuff. Okay? It’s just a credentialing policy so I can send that over to you after this meeting. Perfect. And then I’m hoping that they will start giving me addresses email addresses this week for.
Naomi Denson (01:28) The other providers, and then we can get the rest of the providers loaded, and then we can work on the existing provider enrollment. Yes. Did you memorize our agenda or something? Yeah, I got the medallion agreement back.
Melanie Cannon (01:43) I’m a type a person if you can’t tell, so.
Naomi Denson (01:46) I.
Melanie Cannon (01:47) just knew what we had to talk about. And then there’s the other thing that I keep getting emails. Let me look at this woman’s, name… Makayla, pickford about… a trial. You guys are doing like AI phone calls to collect missing profile information,
Naomi Denson (02:10) Huh.
Melanie Cannon (02:12) Which I would love to do. I just don’t want to do anything until I have these email addresses because we’ve not told all these practices about medallion yet. So, I don’t want to be calling them before we send out communications, but definitely would love to participate in that. That was a major thing that physicians organization brought up to us as to like why they’ve been dragging their feet because of how much work it is just like, right? For again, we’re not asking you to do the work. I was like, I will be doing the work, but, okay. But I was like, have you responded?
Naomi Denson (02:46) To her yet?
Melanie Cannon (02:48) What was that? Have?
Naomi Denson (02:49) You responded to her yet?
Melanie Cannon (02:51) To Michaela, no?
Naomi Denson (02:53) Okay. Yeah. Maybe just respond and say, yes, would love to once we get further along. Yeah, just say we’re not at the point where we’re communicating with the providers about medallion yet. So don’t want anything premature going out.
Melanie Cannon (03:14) Okay. That’s fair. Okay. That’s why I was asking. All right, I’ll do that. Yeah.
Naomi Denson (03:17) I have seen that those, it’s like a testing phase floating around, that they’re working on. So, yeah, definitely chime in and let her know that you are interested, just not quite yet.
Melanie Cannon (03:30) Great. Yeah, I think it’s an awesome solution to have, but, yeah, not ready unfortunately.
Naomi Denson (03:35) All right. And then, I… think… and then.
Melanie Cannon (03:46) the group profile stuff, Nick, is that all set minus the cqh connection that we’re getting sorted out this week?
Naomi Denson (03:54) The group the?
Nick Vander Velden (03:56) Group profile. Yeah, the group profiles are in, I think the group enrollments… are in as well.
Naomi Denson (04:02) Yes, they are. Yes, the group enrollments are in there. The group profiles, those were in there and then we think we did updates to them.
Nick Vander Velden (04:13) Yeah, correct. Yeah.
Melanie Cannon (04:15) Based on what I said, I just want to make sure because I answered Nick’s email, I think what last week or two weeks ago? I just wanted to make sure that was all set. Yeah.
Naomi Denson (04:20) And that doesn’t connect to, the caqh connection is just for the individual provider profiles. Oh, the.
Melanie Cannon (04:26) practitioners. Okay. I wasn’t sure if there was something getting scraped from caqh for the practices?
Naomi Denson (04:31) No, it doesn’t pull anything from the practices, just the providers. Okay? Currently? Yeah. Other than that, I don’t have anything. We’re just still, you know, the committee policies or the credentialing policies and procedures that you’re reworking just get those sent over to me, and then also the committee member user structure on who needs access to vote on the files once you guys have that finalized?
Melanie Cannon (04:59) Okay. I’ll put that on my agenda for my meetings with Noelle this week to figure out who would be on that committee.
Naomi Denson (05:08) Anything else that you had on your radar? I.
Melanie Cannon (05:12) don’t think so. I was going to send over that policy. And then… after waiting on that stuff from Pete, I think we’re good. Obviously, I’ll talk to you guys again on Friday. Oh, actually speaking of, so next week, we have our all staff retreats, like the whole company is in Atlanta, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. So I just, I can’t meet, I can meet Monday and Tuesday of next week. We could also just like cancel next week. It’s up to you guys. It doesn’t matter to me. I just can’t do next.
Naomi Denson (05:46) Friday. I mean, we’re meeting twice this week. So I don’t have any objection to push it that’s next Friday, not this Friday, right?
Melanie Cannon (05:54) Correct. May first.
Naomi Denson (05:56) May first. Okay. Yeah, I can cancel that one and we can just connect async if you need to.
Melanie Cannon (06:01) Yeah, I think that’s fine. I know where to, how to reach you guys if I need anything. So I’ll be checking email, but like no one’s like we’re all supposed to be like in the conference and not like working yep.
Naomi Denson (06:13) No problem. I’ll get that canceled for you, just like you said earlier. Never object to canceling a Friday meeting, right? All right. If anything else has come up and you need me, just send me an email perfect.
Melanie Cannon (06:26) Sounds great. Have a great day, guys. And I’ll talk to you next week.
Naomi Denson (06:29) Bye bye.
