Sandhya Kapila (01:26) So, as we’re getting closer to inviting those providers to the platform, did you have a chance to take a look at the sample I sent over?
Ashley Johnson (01:37) No, I didn’t but I can do that. I’m working on a couple of audits for our company right now, but I can try and get that, get to that today or tomorrow, okay?
Sandhya Kapila (01:48) That sounds good. Cool. And I guess, actually that’s on the next one here. So we’ll talk about it in a second, on the data, the bulk import, there are still eight folks here. Okay?
Ashley Johnson (02:03) Can you send me an updated error list? And then I can team up with my generalist to go through these. Yeah?
Sandhya Kapila (02:16) Cool. I will do that. Okay. So, the group enrollments, Lauren confirmed that those are ready. So they’re we’re getting ready to import those this week. I will let you know as soon as those are imported, the provider, list. I believe that is still in progress. I can take a look real quick. Not sure if you have any updates on that one.
Ashley Johnson (02:38) No, no updates. I remember her saying she just had maybe like a handful more that she was working on. Yeah. And I know that our generalist was tasked with that last week to assist on. So I think she should be getting that to you this week. Okay?
Sandhya Kapila (02:56) Perfect. Yep. As soon as those are ready, just let me know and then we’ll work on our end to validate the data, and then import it. If all is good. Otherwise, we’ll come back with questions and updates. Okay?

Sandhya Kapila (03:35) Cool. So on the provider profile completion section, in order for our intake team to start reviewing the profiles, they do need to be at 85 percent complete. I wanted just to chat with you guys to get an understanding of. Is that something that you all will be completing or are you tasking the providers to go into their profiles, go into anything that’s missing? And then make updates and attest as well? I mean, they’ll have to attest, they will have to attest, you can’t do that on their behalf. But all the other updates, is that something that they’re going to be tasked with or you guys will be handling, I.
Ashley Johnson (04:18) would think that might be something we ask them to assist with and sign since they have to already go in there and sign off on it. But I would need to chat with Lauren on that. I think that, it also depends on what information is missing,
Sandhya Kapila (04:37) Because what you guys could do is take a pass at it first before we invite them to? Yeah.
Ashley Johnson (04:45) Does it tell us what information is missing? Is there a report where it can just say, yep.
Sandhya Kapila (04:50) So, if you, okay, perfect. If you click into, I’m gonna, yeah. Well, you can look at it at a glance here. But if you click into the provider, and you go to overview, it tells you what is missing and the percentage complete. And then if you go into their profile each, like tab, you go into it’ll, kind of highlight the missing info.
Ashley Johnson (05:12) Okay. Gotcha. Yeah. Okay. Let me… touch base with Lauren on that. It might be easier for us to just knock it out for them. But I don’t want to make that call without chatting with Lauren.
Sandhya Kapila (05:25) Absolutely. And then I noticed that there’s some folks here that don’t have a caqh id. And so, for those, you know, we can pull that data in initially and I can, oh, are you still working through that? And that’s something that, you know, they can fill in as they log into the platform as well and then manually run that data import,
Ashley Johnson (05:49) Only for new people, Reena, is one where she didn’t need to, okay? Or she didn’t need one. So we didn’t input hers. Okay? I think Rachel Lipman was also the same. Okay. I can’t remember the names off the top of my head honestly?
Sandhya Kapila (06:07) And that’s fine. The only reason I ask is, that will help with the completion, but also, they can go in and manually complete this, but they can also go to data imports and we can pull the data from the resume so they can pull, they can scan the resume in here too.
