Rachel Castillo (00:00) hi Virginia.

Virginia Simioli (00:02) Hi. How are you?

Rae Tompkins (00:04) Good. How are you?

Virginia Simioli (00:07) Good. Thanks.

Rae Tompkins (00:22) Hey, Rachel.

Rachel Castillo (00:25) Hello?

Rae Tompkins (00:27) How are you?

Rachel Castillo (00:29) I’m okay. I was noticing… a provider… that… going to have you pushed to me, but it was already pushed to me. I denied him for being probated.

Rae Tompkins (00:48) Well, I’m glad we had a team.

Rachel Castillo (00:50) Yeah.

Rae Tompkins (00:51) Virginia, I forwarded you an email. It looks like it went to the carelon team, but I checked and the provider listed your name as a cred contact, but the carelon email and it came through caqh for a cred request so I can’t edit it, but I did forward you the email where outreach was taking place. So.

Virginia Simioli (01:17) I noticed that Rachel noticed actually because I showed it to her. It’s going to the cmpm email and I tried to get into caqh to update it, but I’m sorry, I can’t because I don’t have the correct username and password. So I emailed the provider, so we’re probably going to have some that are going to cmpm, but they should be actually coming to us.

Rae Tompkins (01:44) Okay. Yeah. I can, I’ll flag that to the elevance team as they get those in regards to credentialing to just forward it to me. And then I can make sure it gets to you. But understanding that’s outside of your control and my control, so I’ll make sure that they get to you if.

Virginia Simioli (02:01) That happens. Okay. Thank you. Yeah.

Rae Tompkins (02:04) Absolutely wanted to check in to see. Have we had any issues with providers accessing the new instance and platform or do we have any questions about the?

Rachel Castillo (02:16) New? Yeah, I did have one who was unable to get in no matter how she tried it. Danielle, fernald. I let me go back to my emails.

Rachel Castillo (02:33) Oh, actually, let me make sure maybe she got in there.

Rae Tompkins (02:37) What was her name?

Rachel Castillo (02:39) Danielle fernald?

Rae Tompkins (02:43) It looks like she accepted the invite on the fifteenth, which that would have been last Wednesday… do we know if she was able to?

Rachel Castillo (02:54) Okay. She was able to get in there. Okay. Good. All right. I have a question now just to clarify though they’re using caremore health to get in?

Rae Tompkins (03:05) Here, so, I think and I can’t speak for the single sign on, but I think they’re accessing the carelon health, caremore health, single sign on, but their emails are just at caremore. Com. All.

Virginia Simioli (03:23) Right? So, I have a question too. Is there instructions for them? How to get in and do this? What steps to do?

Rachel Castillo (03:33) Ours are very old.

Rae Tompkins (03:35) Yeah, I don’t know if anything exists currently, but that’s not to say that I can’t create something to send to you so that you have it, do?

Rachel Castillo (03:44) You want me to send you what we had before and maybe you can just modify it?

Rae Tompkins (03:49) Yeah, no, I’m happy to.

Rachel Castillo (03:50) Let me write that down.

Virginia Simioli (03:52) I had the provider, I sent it to you, Rachel in the chat and I didn’t know how to answer it.

Rachel Castillo (04:00) Which one? Oh.

Virginia Simioli (04:02) Wait a minute. It was something different, hold on.

Rachel Castillo (04:04) And they’re.

Virginia Simioli (04:06) all sending me, not all, quite a few have asked me. Is this fraud? Is this fraud or a scam? And I’m going, no, just do it just.

Rachel Castillo (04:14) Do it, just do it. So what we done Ray, is we were concentrating or Virginia was concentrating mostly on updating the ones coming up due in the 30 60 90. And then obviously, they’re getting the emails and they’re asking her questions, which is good. The rest of them are just going to ignore the email until it’s time to do something with them.

Rachel Castillo (04:38) And so… I’m not sure. Let me, let me see if there’s a way because I don’t think there’s a way to send to like all providers, this blanket email like here’s, the instructions. But let’s let me send you the old instructions, see if you can use that to modify. You might be able to just tweak a few things, put a different screenshots, whatever. Now, my, these are the old instructions from way back when we were still together with aspire. Yeah. So you might need to do some tweaking but that would help us, Virginia then to send that out with the email that we’re sending or, you know, when they email you asking about it or if you’re asking them to please go in there to sign, then these instructions would be more would be helpful for you to send with it as opposed to going back and forth via email or chat. Yeah.

Virginia Simioli (05:36) So, she asked me one more question. I have a direct, I have a direct report. Someone did not receive medallion email. She is recent hire. 2025. Who recalls submitting the credentialing information to Caroline? Does that mean she does not need to complete this request? I asked for her name?

Rachel Castillo (05:58) Yeah. Okay. Two, two things or one thing. One thing in particular direct report. Is this a nurse or practitioner request?

Virginia Simioli (06:05) Yeah.

Rachel Castillo (06:06) Okay. And there’s your answer… because if you recall nurse practitioner, what’s the name of that nurse? Oh, you don’t know the name yet? No, I.

Virginia Simioli (06:17) asked.

Rachel Castillo (06:17) But they just came in like not that long ago. Okay, it might be one of those ones that we were not able to add… which brings me to another issue. There’s no way for us to add people now.

Rae Tompkins (06:34) Add people to.

Rachel Castillo (06:36) There’s no way for us to add new providers in the medallion, why? Because the form that they previously had us use is not working… and that’s how I was submitting them to be added. That’s why the last handful of them have not been added because I can’t.

Rae Tompkins (07:00) I just want to make sure I understand. Are we speaking licensing or cred?

Rachel Castillo (07:05) License, you can’t cred, I can add, no, I can’t I cannot add anybody. I have not been able to add anybody since late last year.

Rae Tompkins (07:14) Is that an internal decision or a medallion issue?

Rachel Castillo (07:18) That is not a medallion issue. That is the person who is controlling it on our side. Okay, which is from what I’m to understand was on his way out. And now we don’t even know how to add them. So that could be your problem Virginia. So, let me see. And I’m going to have to wait until Melissa gets back. So.

Virginia Simioli (07:38) When nurse practice, I don’t know if they’re all in there. If they’re not in there, then they don’t need to, it’s. Johanna, let me put it.

Rachel Castillo (07:44) Johanna. Okay?

Virginia Simioli (07:47) That’s one.

Rachel Castillo (07:50) Excuse me. I’m going to go into the old one and see if she’s in there. Hold on. Oops. I went to credentialing by mistake.

Rae Tompkins (08:04) We do have a good bit. There are 37 well between auditors providers and admins that have accepted their invitation. But if, anytime you need a list of who hasn’t accepted their invite to the new licensing instance, I can provide a report to you. Yeah, she.

Rachel Castillo (08:25) Wasn’t in there before?

Virginia Simioli (08:27) So, what do we do?

Rachel Castillo (08:29) We, we don’t track them for licensing. They, are you handling her licensing? No, then that’s the answer. We don’t we previously did not do. We previously did not, do, we do not handle licensing for nurse practitioners unless they are a nurse line provider, isn’t that correct? That’s? Why none of the nurse practitioners, so.

Virginia Simioli (08:57) She’s not a nurse line provider. No.

Rachel Castillo (08:59) Joanna Dejesus does not, she does not need.

Virginia Simioli (09:03) To complete that’s.

Rachel Castillo (09:05) what I’m telling you, well, I would say, I would say, don’t say that, I would say that historically we have not handled her licensing renewals and this, that platform is for licensing, not for credentialing, don’t, you don’t need to mention the not for the credentialing part, but that’s for licensing. And since we don’t handle nurse practitioner renewals, unless, you know, we’re told I’m telling you this, such… as for the nurse line, then we then they’re not in there. I started to put them all in, but that was about a year ago a little over a year ago, and Bob told me to stop because we were anticipating having to put the, all the nurse practitioners in.

Rachel Castillo (09:54) However, we were told to stop, so.

Virginia Simioli (09:57) Should I let her know that we only handle for nurse lines?

Rachel Castillo (10:01) Yes, unless we’re told otherwise, bye, who is the person asking? Is that Anisha?

Virginia Simioli (10:08) No, who’s that? Rosalia? I think it’s, Rosalia, casapa,

Rachel Castillo (10:14) Yeah. So, the, those emails went out to people who, we handle the licensing for and we don’t handle licensing for… practitioners. She’s just confused. I’m sure people got the email. She didn’t so now she’s like why didn’t I get the email however, that does not, that does not solve my problem about who, how to add these people. So I’m going to have to ask Melissa because it’s a new person now. Ooh.

Rae Tompkins (10:49) Well, if there’s anything I can do on my end, let me know. Yeah.

Rachel Castillo (10:52) Well, that’s what happens when they lock us out and they take control of it and we can’t add people and we have to go through them. And then their system doesn’t work… right? Because there’s a handful of them that we can’t that I have. They’re not in there that are newer. Yeah… I want to say it’s Vikram, does that name sound familiar? Virginia? What Vikram doesn’t that sound familiar?

Virginia Simioli (11:20) Melissa, it does. But I don’t know who it is though.

Rachel Castillo (11:24) No, I know what I’m just saying.

Virginia Simioli (11:25) Yeah, it does. Yeah.

Rachel Castillo (11:26) Vikram, I’m wondering I have his email, right? I wonder if I could just hit him up. Maybe he could tell me who it is who’s the one to help me now? Because the person that used to help me, Ray is no longer with us. Gotcha. Okay? And the method in which to submit them to add them is no longer, it does not work. So I’m going to have to, I’m going to have to find, I’m going to ping Vikram Virginia and see if he can tell me who?

Rae Tompkins (12:03) I’m trying right now to see if there’s a way I can pull you a report of the providers that are in the members tab that have not yet accepted their invite. And once we get those instructions updated, it might be that we can just copy and paste that whole column and mass send out an email, you know, like hey here’s, the new instance and platform here’s, the instructions on how to access. So I’m going to, I’ll take that as a takeaway to see if I can create a report that we can work off of. And I can get those instructions updated. And that way we can. And.

Rachel Castillo (12:36) then Virginia, you can just copy and paste my email into one email. Is what she’s saying and send it to everybody that’s in platform that needs to update, right? Ray, that’s what you’re saying. Yeah.

Rae Tompkins (12:48) So, I’ll in the members tab. I can filter to invite status and invited. That just means they haven’t accepted yet. So we can pull a whole report. There’s. 115 people so far. Once we get that report, we should be able to just like copy column B and mass send out an email with the instructions. Once I get those updated of just like a, hey here’s the new instance in platform here’s, a step by step how to log in, do what you need to do. And I can work with Nick to make sure that we’re capturing all the things that need to happen once they get in platform. Okay?

Rachel Castillo (13:27) Meanwhile, I’ll send you those old instructions and you can see what you can do to tweak them. Yeah, that would be great. Yeah, it just gives you something to work with, right? Because it was a, I think it was a document that Christina put together… and… it was a while ago, but you might be able to use it. All right. Cool. Yeah, perfect. Anything else? Virginia? Yeah. If you get any more like that, just let it, you know, it’s a nurse practitioner, you can let them know that, you know, we weren’t tracking licenses. That’s why the nurses didn’t get it unless they’re a nurse line provider.

Virginia Simioli (14:04) I told them, yeah.

Rachel Castillo (14:06) Which I have a note here to give you a list of all the nurse line providers. I did not. It’s on my list of things to do.

Virginia Simioli (14:14) Okay.

Rae Tompkins (14:16) Thank you guys so much. If anything else comes up, just let me know.

Rachel Castillo (14:20) All right, thanks Ray.

Rae Tompkins (14:21) Have a good one. Bye.

Rachel Castillo (14:23) Bye.
