Platform migration

New licensing instance being rolled out; 37 providers/auditors/admins have accepted invites as of 2026-04-20; 115 total in members tab not yet all accepted.
Rae to pull report of members who haven’t accepted invite (filter by “invited” status) and mass-send updated access instructions.
Rachel to send Rae old platform access instructions (originally created by Christina) so Rae can update and redistribute with Nick’s input.

Operational pain

Provider add form broken — Rachel has been unable to add new providers since late 2025; the submission form used previously is broken and the internal owner (now departed) no longer controls it. Rachel to ping “Vikram” to find the new owner. Pending Melissa’s return for resolution. Source: Gong 2026-04-20.
CAQH routing mismatch — CAQH cred requests are going to the cmpm email instead of Virginia Simioli; Virginia cannot update CAQH (no username/password). Rae to flag to the Anthem team to forward cred requests to Rae for routing. Outside Carelon/Medallion control. (Gong 2026-04-20)
Provider platform access confusion — Some providers (e.g. Danielle Fernald) initially unable to access new instance; Fernald accepted invite 2026-04-15 and confirmed in. Ongoing confusion among providers about SSO via caremore.com email. Virginia fielding provider questions about whether the invite is legitimate. (Gong 2026-04-20)

2026-04-20 — NP licensing scope: Carelon does NOT track licensing for nurse practitioners unless they are nurse-line providers. Non-nurse-line NPs are excluded from the Medallion licensing platform. Rachel: historically NPs were not added; process was halted ~1 year ago on Bob’s direction pending further guidance that never came.
2026-04-20 — Rae: will create updated platform access instructions (working off old Christina doc) and pull a report of uninvited members (115 in platform) so Virginia can mass-send onboarding email.
