Brenda Runde (00:00) is it just us today?

Connor Morley (00:02) Hello?

Adalee Arreola (00:03) Hi.

Connor Morley (00:04) I think we might have a couple more people joining, but is… Sheila joining? She?

Brenda Runde (00:13) Had a 12 o’clock and I think she was hoping to be done in time. She might be just a little late getting on.

Connor Morley (00:22) Okay. No worries. I did just want to give you a heads up so we can, I think we set up the sso and turned it on this morning. Okay? So that’s been turned on?

Brenda Runde (00:36) Does that like automatically… send a notice to the providers then? Is that what I read or no?

Brenda Runde (00:49) Because one of the providers emailed me asking me to send them… the link, and I’m like, I don’t think that there’s a link, but.

Connor Morley (01:03) I’m not 100 percent positive if the sso does that, but if not, I can always get that sent out to send a link to everybody because the sso is only for your group. So there’s a specific group.

Brenda Runde (01:24) Yeah. Give me.

Connor Morley (01:25) One second. Let me check. We turned on the sso.

Connor Morley (01:35) Looks like everyone… was invited. All the providers were invited, but if they do not have a link, we can always resend them the invite. So if you’d like I can do a bulk invite, resend of the invites out to the providers for all those who haven’t signed up or clicked on the link yet, or we can do it individually in the platform. It’s kind of.

Brenda Runde (02:16) Yeah.

Connor Morley (02:17) The invite?

Brenda Runde (02:18) You’re referencing is that like the original invite that they would have got sent? Okay.

Brenda Runde (02:32) I’m not sure if, yeah, we obviously should do that for those that haven’t accepted their invite yet, which I’m sure that there’s a few I haven’t looked lately. I was out of the office a lot last week and I’m still sick. So I feel… like I have no updates on medallion right now, but.

Connor Morley (02:53) No worries. And Adalee’s here. So I’m Adalee, this might be a long shot because I know it is the southwest sso, yep. But there’s not like there’s… not a link. It would be just normally how they go through their sso… once they log into their sso, it would be almost like an app, an application on their computer that they could join and go into, right? Yeah.

Adalee Arreola (03:25) So, it depends on the setup. I can’t exactly remember how it was done with Todd, but I think it’s just, they just go into medallionapp co, like they would regularly, but they don’t need a password. After they enter their email address, it’ll prompt them to log… in to their, you know, southwest health app, sso, stuff that they have. If they’re already logged in, then it’ll take the password already and log them in. If not, they’ll need to log in that one time.

Brenda Runde (04:06) So, it’s essentially the same as their original login. It’s just that once they enter their email, it will automatically kind of transfer them over to the sso login part.

Adalee Arreola (04:16) Yep. That’s correct?

Brenda Runde (04:17) Okay. So, I don’t think that a notice needs to go out to anybody who’s already accepted, but definitely those that haven’t accepted. I feel like we probably should send another invite… to them. Is that a possibility or is it like all or none… or do we maybe have to go ahead and do those ones individually?

Connor Morley (04:41) So, I, we’ve done this before where we’ve resent invites to people who have Adalee, I think we did, we had done this with renew… Where we had sent out invites to people who had not signed up yet.

Adalee Arreola (05:03) Yep. That’s correct?

Connor Morley (05:05) Yeah. So we can bulk send that out. Okay? If you’d like, yeah, I just need to put in that ticket… so I can do that to… get that started.

Sheila Simpson (05:28) So, was that flip done? Is, are we set up to do that now?

Connor Morley (05:35) The sso was sorry, the sso was turned on. Yes. Okay. So did, sorry?

Sheila Simpson (05:42) I missed the first two minutes. Yeah, we chatted.

Brenda Runde (05:44) About that before you logged on Sheila.

Sheila Simpson (05:46) Yeah. So all of the users that still need to be invited, non provider, when will that go out to them? Because I know that was an email I had sent last week asking if it was like an all or nothing request.

Connor Morley (06:06) So, we can send that out today if… you’d like I think and I apologize, I think I had misread… that question because I thought it was delay putting the non clinical people in the system.

Sheila Simpson (06:30) That is what I was hoping for. Yes… yes, because until we teach them how to use the system, it doesn’t do any good for them to be in there. And then also, I set up a dummy account for me and I can’t see what they would need to see. So something’s not something isn’t set up correctly?

Connor Morley (06:54) What was the dummy account?

Sheila Simpson (06:56) Let me go find it. So it’s under my it’s Sheila Simpson at southwesthealth. Org email.

Connor Morley (07:10) With a team viewer role. Yep? Okay.

Connor Morley (07:19) Hang on.

Connor Morley (07:25) Because… I just want to check one thing, OK?

Connor Morley (07:38) And you did not get a invite… or you could not see what was going on? No.

Sheila Simpson (07:47) I got an invite and everything, but I can’t see providers. I can’t see locations. I couldn’t see. I couldn’t see what they would need to see.

Connor Morley (07:56) Gotcha. And you. So that is a team viewer. Did you assign that to any of the teams?

Sheila Simpson (08:07) Yes, I pretty sure I did, which team I’m getting there?

Sheila Simpson (08:18) Okay. So the single sign on does work because it won’t, let me now do the other.

Sheila Simpson (08:32) So, I would have assigned myself to the southwest health team… which is what I would have assigned like what we would assign them to.

Connor Morley (08:45) Yeah.

Sheila Simpson (09:12) Second, because.

Connor Morley (09:15) I’m not seeing anyone… assigned… so I think that probably I do… but.

Sheila Simpson (09:32) I’m logged in under my admin account, not… which I’m assuming that this is the problem that the uw and lucid people have as well. Now, with the single sign on, it won’t, let me sign in under my other like the, I don’t want to say the dummy account, but the other email account… I’m going to try again just to make it work.

Connor Morley (10:21) For some reason, I did not see it assigned to a team, but I… just changed it and hijacked… that user. So you can see what they’re viewing.

Connor Morley (10:45) Essentially.

Connor Morley (10:54) Can you see my screen? Yep.

Connor Morley (11:01) Okay. So there’s.

Sheila Simpson (11:08) so, can they see the group or the other me?

Connor Morley (11:17) I think you see the groups, the practices, they can go into providers specifically… and see their information. I think we had talked about also granting them no personal… information, correct? They haven’t turned that on for this user?

Sheila Simpson (11:39) And they’ll be view only, correct? They’ll be like more view only correct? Yeah.

Connor Morley (11:46) For anyone with a team viewer or auditor role, it would be view only they can’t edit anything in here.

Sheila Simpson (11:54) Probably good. Yeah. Okay. Because that’s the account, like in order for us to develop some training for them… this is the account we would want to use, but the fact that I can’t log into it is a problem.

Connor Morley (12:18) And that’s because of the SSL. Yeah.

Sheila Simpson (12:23) Like I can’t choose to not use the SSL, which obviously is my real email is the Simpson us even though both of them are valid emails.

Connor Morley (12:36) Maybe.

Sheila Simpson (12:37) I can talk to Todd regarding that. The.

Connor Morley (12:40) Other option is when we go through that training for those non clinical staff, I can hijack this account so that they can see this example account. And what they would need to be doing the other piece is let me turn on the no… PII piece. So you can see that as well. Hang on one second because I have to release this user and then go into… our Django and set that up so you can see. And then it’s no PII as a group.

Connor Morley (13:32) Okay. And.

Connor Morley (13:50) So, let me know if you can see some of it, they can see some provider names, but they can’t see email and a lot of the information is blocked.

Connor Morley (14:08) But if I were to go into payers, they can see the active enrollments, they can see the practice information.

Connor Morley (14:20) So they can see, but they can only search by first name, last name and PII?

Sheila Simpson (14:35) That should be okay. Honestly, I mean… it’d be better if they didn’t have access to like any of those tabs even so that they just could see what they needed to, but that could be taught.

Connor Morley (14:53) Yeah. I don’t know if we can limit it any more… just because remind me again, this group would need to see payer information or to see the payers associated with the providers, correct?

Sheila Simpson (15:12) Yes, they would need to see the npis. Yeah.

Connor Morley (15:18) But they would need to see the payers as well. Yes. So, I don’t know if we can remove the payer information from them. Okay?

Sheila Simpson (15:33) And that’s fine. It’s I mean, as long as they’re not seeing dates of birth, social security numbers, home addresses like their true personal information… npis is fine. Like, I think the rest is fine. Okay?

Connor Morley (15:57) Okay. And would… next Monday work for the training for the non clinical?

Sheila Simpson (16:06) Yes. Is it a matter of like stealing my dummy account and us going through it or do you want all of their teams? Because there truly is not a way that I can pull them all together. What we’re hoping to do is like record like we are today. Excuse me and uploading that internally for our team members. It’s called healthstream. It’s secure to us go through so that they can follow along answer questions that we might create and then sign off that they’ve completed it.

Connor Morley (16:40) Yeah, we can do that.

Sheila Simpson (16:42) Okay. Then, yes, yeah.

Connor Morley (16:46) We can go through the training, record it on that account, share… it with you. And then if you guys want to have that as like a training piece on your side, feel… free to upload that and use it. And then if we need to adjust it or need to kind of adjust the training, just let us know and we can do that too.

Sheila Simpson (17:09) Okay. Yes, that would be ideal because then once we have that in hand and can release that out to the non clinical teams after… that after they’ve all completed it, then we can send their invites because then they’ll have actually something to understand and be in and play in. At least that makes the most sense to me.

Connor Morley (17:38) Yeah, that makes sense. But in terms of, okay. So right now, we’ve loaded, I believe we’ve loaded all the data for… hang on. Let me share my screen. We’ve loaded all the enrollment data. We have all of the dops in place, so you can begin making requests as well for that. And we’ve already, it looks like there’s some new initial appointments in the system for tjc credentialing.

Sheila Simpson (18:22) I have to ask again, what does dop stand for again? Oh.

Connor Morley (18:26) Delineation of privileges. Okay. Yeah, those are those documents you shared with us. Yep. So the providers will be able to sign those and select certain privileges that they’ve been approved for.

Sheila Simpson (18:47) Okay. But we can go in and I… mean, we can’t attest for them obviously, but we can go in and assign. No, we can’t.

Connor Morley (19:01) okay. So if you want to… you can, you actually can see, so here, let me bring up one example. So you can see as an admin, like this is a good example for this appointment. They have a radiology dop, and you as admins have the ability to view the form and… go in and make check boxes or check things… but you cannot sign it on their behalf.

Sheila Simpson (19:44) Okay. Can you back up one step from there? And how did you get to that? Oh.

Connor Morley (19:49) Sorry about that. Yeah. So in the overview section, the dop forms come in as tasks for the provider. Yep. So if you see a dop, and you can also kind of filter by searching dop, you can click on that task, and then we can view the form, which is exactly your southwest form.

Sheila Simpson (20:19) With.

Connor Morley (20:20) all the check boxes and then you can go ahead and check them off, you just can’t sign them.

Sheila Simpson (20:32) Okay. Yeah, I totally missed the blue box. Okay. No worries.

Connor Morley (20:40) Yep. But it will, based on what I think we saw from your dops, we do require the physician to sign them.

Sheila Simpson (20:51) Absolutely. Yeah. Okay. So thinking of, I know that person is part of the lucid health group. Have we fixed the issue of the other entities, uw and lucid, having essentially two logins that we know they have to use and eventually we’ll be able to flip within their one login. But can they use two logins right now or no?

Connor Morley (21:22) So, Adalee, I think this is what we were talking about a little earlier. We actually… cannot create an alias for them and because unless they’re using a Gmail account, which I don’t believe they are most likely. So we might need them to use a separate email other than that lucid email that they’re using. Okay?

Sheila Simpson (21:56) Which they may not have. I mean, I guess that’s the problem. They truly may not have that. So what is the workaround because we can’t have them not be able to be in ours or in reedsburg’s because… apparently ours trumped reedsburg, probably because it was after the second one… or how quick is your team going to be at getting them the access that they need? Because it’s going to slow down both entities if that’s not figured out very soon?

Connor Morley (22:31) Yeah. Right now, the only thing that we can do is have them create a new email and grant that email and add that user email into medallion, which we can do quickly once that new email is created. Okay?

Sheila Simpson (22:52) Okay. I guess my other question is when did we know that? Like when, if I wouldn’t have asked, when did you know that? Because we definitely need to relay that back to lucid and the uw entities of we need you to have another email, which.

Niccole Russell (23:12) If it’s.

Sheila Simpson (23:13) anything like ours that’s not that easy to do securely? Yeah.

Connor Morley (23:18) I mean, Adalee and I were talking about it this morning and we were talking about it with our tech support and engineering team this morning. So it’s not something that I think… we were fully aware of. Okay?

Connor Morley (23:44) All right. Just looking at the payers as well. It looks like you do have some payer enrollments in progress right now and that have been requested and it looks like we have one that’s about to be submitted by the application team. So that’s moving along pretty nicely.

Sheila Simpson (24:20) But we.

Connor Morley (24:22) are going to need the providers to start logging in and signing their attestations to move the rest of the providers along?

Sheila Simpson (24:33) Yeah. If I’m looking correctly, there’s 30… eight payers and three requests for like all of them and.

Connor Morley (24:49) where,

Sheila Simpson (24:50) am I looking in the wrong spot?

Connor Morley (24:52) So, you have about 110 that are currently requested. Three are in processing right now with our application team. So the applications should be submitted very soon.

Brenda Runde (25:08) Yeah. Those were the revalidations that I did. And I’m still getting a kickback… on Mary gee’s too… like we fixed it last week on the call and it came back to me again.

Connor Morley (25:30) Niccole, do you mind taking a look at this? Mary? Gee.

Niccole Russell (25:35) What was the issue Sheila? It needs a pan for it.

Brenda Runde (25:40) Originally, this is Brenda originally, it was sent back stating that we needed to select a.

Sheila Simpson (25:50) Connector.

Brenda Runde (25:53) to a practice. And now it’s saying please link provider to practice, which I know we completed this last week because we brought this up last week.

Brenda Runde (26:13) Like some of the stuff that we’re being asked to, we’re being assigned to do that’s. Not like a, not something that we really are able to do. Yeah.

Niccole Russell (26:26) And I think if I recall correctly, Connor you commented on the task and asked them to add the location. Was that right?

Brenda Runde (26:34) Yes, it was something like that. Yes. So, I thought it was done, but it’s still coming back to haunt me.

Connor Morley (26:42) Yeah. I mean, this one is… they are linked to a group?

Brenda Runde (26:54) I.

Niccole Russell (26:56) don’t think they were linked in the request. I don’t think that was the issue.

Brenda Runde (27:04) Well, when I did the actual request, it like I selected southwest health as the provider. What else would, I guess I will need to be shown what I, what else I would need to do?

Niccole Russell (27:18) Yeah. I think you selected the group but not the practice location if my memory serves me correctly?

Connor Morley (27:26) Right. No, this, I mean, Niccole, this seems like our team should not have sent out this because we look at the request.

Niccole Russell (27:47) There’s no group and there’s no practice.

Sheila Simpson (27:52) But we can’t fix it.

Connor Morley (27:57) Nope. I responded in the task, yeah.

Niccole Russell (28:01) And I’ll touch base with our pay your enrollment team on that one. I thought I would have, I.

Brenda Runde (28:09) Assumed.

Niccole Russell (28:10) they would have responded back to the task, but my apologies on that. So I’ll check on that one.

Brenda Runde (28:17) I mean, just that, they are knowing that they have to be repeated. Excuse me, they have to be completed within 30 days or we have to re, enroll. Okay? Like they usually, I would usually get an approval within two days previously. Alright? And let,

Niccole Russell (28:39) me, pull this up. It’s for medicaid. Okay?

Niccole Russell (28:48) I’ll check on that and I’ll send an update via email perfect.

Brenda Runde (28:51) Thank you. Yes, ma’am… Sheila, I think I hijacked your conversation there. Sorry, if you want to go back to where you guys were.

Sheila Simpson (29:02) Not making a note?

Sheila Simpson (29:11) Am I correct in assuming that anything that is an actionable item that we need to be taking will be in that overall. And like, okay, I’m looking at all tasks because some things are not, we… look at all tasks. Is that the only place that we need to be looking for things that are assigned to us that need to be updated or fixed, yes?

Connor Morley (29:36) That’s where they would be, it would be in those tasks, there are some things that would get emailed to you for example, if we see a sanction… that would be emailed directly to your email as well. Okay?

Sheila Simpson (29:59) Which makes sense. Okay?

Sheila Simpson (30:09) So, it looks like right now we have 22 tasks in a review.

Sheila Simpson (30:21) And a bunch of them were asking for the caqh login, which is they were already on their profiles. So I just updated with a note of, they’re already attached. So, I’m hoping that resolves those issues. Yep? Okay.

Brenda Runde (30:51) Okay. That’s right now.

Sheila Simpson (30:53) I think all of the questions… I had actually, it’s not, do you have any other entities that are our size that we could reach out to for questions?

Connor Morley (31:08) Yeah, I’m sure we do. And if you’d like to connect with them, we can set something up that.

Sheila Simpson (31:15) Would be great.

Connor Morley (31:17) Yeah. Let me start… to get the ball rolling on that and… see if there’s another similar sized entity that, we can connect you with. Okay?

Brenda Runde (31:36) Thank you. Sheila. Was that all we had? I don’t really recall, you know, so much last week. I feel a little.

Sheila Simpson (31:48) Yeah, other than the Mary. Gee, we, yeah, no, that was those are the main things Brenda, the Mary, gee, we already addressed.

Connor Morley (31:56) Okay.

Sheila Simpson (31:58) Katie Ryder, I’m hoping with a single sign on her issue will be resolved. Oh,

Brenda Runde (32:03) yeah.

Sheila Simpson (32:06) Missing practice information.

Sheila Simpson (32:14) And the other ones I, we just need to look at because I, we’re down to 11 that are like in the, all tasks of things that we maybe need to do. But I got through a,

Brenda Runde (32:25) lot of it is missing about that info.

Sheila Simpson (32:28) Is missing what Brenda?

Brenda Runde (32:30) Office info and practice info?

Sheila Simpson (32:36) Which I know we have them all connected. Yeah, that doesn’t make sense. Oh.

Brenda Runde (32:42) Actually, Sheila, we did talk about this, Alexis, Jensen, while we have you guys on the phone, maybe we should look at her. She’s a medical associates provider. So she actually, no, wait, we did talk about this one. Maybe.

Brenda Runde (32:59) She’s a visiting provider that would only come to 1,400 if she ever did come over here, but… I don’t know.

Brenda Runde (33:16) If we were, where… do I look for that hold on?

Sheila Simpson (33:26) Brenda, do you want to show your share your screen because then they can walk you through… please… sure.

Brenda Runde (33:45) This girl right here?

Brenda Runde (33:51) It’s saying that we need to select… a practice location for her?

Connor Morley (34:03) Has she… have you requested pay payer enrollment for her? No?

Brenda Runde (34:10) We won’t, we won’t request it for her. She’s a visiting doctor. Okay?

Connor Morley (34:17) Does she just need to be credentialed is.

Brenda Runde (34:22) that, yep, she’s privileged? Yep. Okay.

Connor Morley (34:25) Then honestly, it’s not important to assign a practice location… and we’ll still go through and work that appointment… and medallion.

Sheila Simpson (34:46) Okay. That’s for tasks?

Brenda Runde (34:49) Out there for?

Connor Morley (34:50) This task, this one, it looks like it is for caqh specifically. So it won’t impact the visiting provider, that credentialing piece. Is this a provider that you want caqh management for? No, no. Okay. We can turn that off then… and it was Jensen.

Brenda Runde (35:18) Alexis Jensen. Yep. Alexis.

Connor Morley (35:21) Jensen. Okay.

Connor Morley (35:33) All right. We’ll turn that off for you?

Sheila Simpson (35:40) Is that an automatic default by chance? Because I went through them all.

Connor Morley (35:49) No, it is not an automatic default unless it’s been clicked in the system.

Sheila Simpson (36:02) So, I went through all of them. She must have been one that I missed because we can’t unselect it. No.

Connor Morley (36:13) You can’t unselect them right now. But, if you see any, that should not be in.

Brenda Runde (36:21) There.

Connor Morley (36:23) Well, just let me know and we can remove them and un unclick that… okay?

Sheila Simpson (36:48) Essentially, anybody that’s not in the… southwest team… shouldn’t be managed to see within medallion?

Connor Morley (37:01) Yeah, and looking at the providers… and the provider directory… looks like you can see which who’s checked for caqh management right here, and who has been checked and confirmed and… we can sort by southwest.

Connor Morley (37:34) Let’s see… looks like there’s just a handful of these that do not have.

Sheila Simpson (37:42) So, when we’re putting, just looking at that, when we’re putting in a new provider because Amy faulkner is new.

Connor Morley (37:50) Is.

Sheila Simpson (37:50) that part of us… entering them into the system that we can like check that box, yes. Okay.

Connor Morley (38:01) You can check it. Okay. We just can’t uncheck it.

Sheila Simpson (38:06) Okay.

Connor Morley (38:08) Yeah. And if needed, you should have the ability to select all, you can select all on the providers and enable all caqh management if you filter by team or groups… or practices. Yeah.

Sheila Simpson (38:29) Yeah. I’ll go through those. Like… Alex Villarreal is one of, is the first one that I can see is.

Sheila Simpson (38:41) Yeah, I’ll go through those lists to make sure that only our providers are selected. And if not, I’ll shoot you an email, okay?

Connor Morley (38:51) Thanks, Sheila. Yep.

Connor Morley (39:00) All right. Any other questions?

Sheila Simpson (39:04) Not that I can think of right now? I.

Brenda Runde (39:06) Don’t think so either all.

Connor Morley (39:08) Right. We’ll resend out those provider invites to get that out. And then we can also go over the team viewer, team manager role as well next week’s call. Awesome. Sounds good. All right. Thanks, everybody. Yep.

Sheila Simpson (39:26) Thank you. Bye.
