Active Work
Open programs
- SSO turned on 2026-04-20; all providers invited; bulk re-invite resend to be submitted for providers who haven’t accepted yet.
- Payer enrollment: ~110 requests submitted; 3 in processing with application team (about to be submitted); providers need to log in and sign attestations to advance remaining enrollments.
- TJC credentialing: new initial appointments in system; DOPs (Delineation of Privileges) loaded and available for provider signing; admins can pre-fill checkboxes but cannot sign on provider’s behalf.
- Medicaid revalidations in progress (Brenda); Mary Gee revalidation kicked back again (needs practice + location linked in request) — Niccole to follow up with payer enrollment team and send email update per implementation sync, 2026-04-20.
- Non-clinical staff onboarding: training session planned for next Monday (2026-04-28 week); Connor to record demo using team-viewer dummy account; Southwest will upload to HealthStream for internal training + completion tracking; invites to non-clinical staff to be sent after training is complete.
- CAQH management cleanup: Alexis Jensen (visiting Medical Associates provider) incorrectly flagged for CAQH management; Connor to turn off. Sheila to review remaining providers not on Southwest team and email Connor with any other to remove.
Recurring cadences
- Weekly implementation sync (ongoing).
Open Issues & Requests
Operational pain
- UW and Lucid Health providers have SSO login conflict: they have accounts across multiple entities and SSO for Southwest Health takes precedence, blocking access to other entities. Current workaround is creating a new email address for those providers — communicating this requirement back to UW and Lucid entities is pending.
- Non-clinical team-viewer accounts cannot be accessed by Sheila for training setup because SSO forces her real email, blocking login to the dummy account. Workaround: Connor will hijack the dummy account during training session.
- CAQH management: admin can check the box to enable but cannot uncheck — any incorrect CAQH management flags must be reported to Connor for removal.
- 22 tasks in review as of call; several asking for CAQH login credentials that are already on provider profiles (Sheila added notes to resolve).
Feature requests
- Customer requested connection with a similarly-sized reference customer; Connor to arrange.
Decisions & Commitments
- 2026-04-20 — Connor: non-clinical staff team-viewer role is view-only (cannot edit); no PII visible (DOB, SSN, home address blocked); payer enrollment and NPI info visible, which is acceptable per Sheila.
- 2026-04-20 — Agreed: training will be recorded on dummy account and uploaded to HealthStream; non-clinical staff invites withheld until training asset is ready.
- 2026-04-20 — Connor: visiting providers (e.g. Alexis Jensen) do not require a practice location assignment for credentialing appointments in Medallion.
