Dawn Candia (02:17) Oh, you know what I wanted to ask Jason. So, and… I might have asked this already before, but the horizon, did… we, did you say that it was ever going to be broken out the commercial and the managed care or not the managed medicaid? Did you say no, that it’s not?

Jason Zednick (02:38) I don’t remember ever saying why would it, why?

Dawn Candia (02:44) Would it be broken for the horizon New Jersey? Because the horizon New Jersey health, we get a separate update on that, you know, it’s a separate approval. Basically, you know, the commercial might come in today, and then we might not get the horizon New Jersey health update approval for weeks later, because we got to get the medicaid approved first. So that sits out there, but.

Jason Zednick (03:07) But it’s still a side application.

Dawn Candia (03:09) Right. We put in the par information, the effective information for horizon commercial, you know, at a glance for the care centers, it looks like it just says horizon blue cross blue shield. So, they think.

Jason Zednick (03:23) So, so, yeah, so I did check on, so.

Jason Zednick (03:37) It could be separate, but I don’t think that’s going to get you the result you want because the end result would look the same in the system. Meanwhile we can do like partial completions. It would just mean that like you have to check, I don’t have a good example of one half done. Ah.

Jason Zednick (06:17) Okay. So, yeah, what you can do is when you get the commercial notification, will you scroll up and go back to enrollments? And then on the horizon enrollment, you can edit it and you can just add the commercial line of business.

Dawn Candia (06:46) Okay. So that’s how okay. I mean, I figured that’s what it was going to be, but I just thought it’s just easier to, for the care center when they view it separately, but that’s fine.

Jason Zednick (06:57) Yeah. And then if you have different effective dates, we can break that out if you need to. But if not, then you can just, but, yeah, but that’s going to be the, that’s going to be how it shows up. That’s what they’ll have to look for. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. And then the other thing was the people getting the weird emails for people that don’t belong to them, right? Teams, looking into that I haven’t heard back yet. I just wanted to let you know that they are well.

Dawn Candia (07:30) I did get an email from one care center that said they haven’t gotten it anymore. So, I think whatever Tanisha did fixed it.

Jason Zednick (07:39) Yeah. Are.

Dawn Candia (07:42) you talking about the emails where they were getting emails that weren’t for people that weren’t a part of their care center?

Jason Zednick (07:49) Yeah, yeah.

Dawn Candia (07:50) Yeah. Tanisha did something and she fixed that. Oh.

Jason Zednick (07:54) What did it?

Tanisha Roebuck (07:55) Was because whoever set up the team didn’t put any attributes. So, it linked everybody to that care center who?

Jason Zednick (08:06) Was the managers on that care center? Do you remember?

Tanisha Roebuck (08:11) I don’t know. We didn’t even have managers. It just, oh.

Jason Zednick (08:16) You didn’t have managers, yes, I.

Tanisha Roebuck (08:19) think everybody that was a manager admin?

Jason Zednick (08:23) But that like on the medallion side, I would think that like just because there’s no managers assigned, why would it assume? Like, hey, all managers own? That seems wrong to me.

Dawn Candia (08:44) Like, but,

Jason Zednick (08:44) I mean, if they’re not getting them great, that’s what we want.

Jason Zednick (08:50) I’ll let my team just continue doing it and if they find something different, great. If they don’t then also great. At least now.

Dawn Candia (08:57) And I haven’t gotten any more complaints from any of the, and,

Jason Zednick (09:01) they would have got out today. They would have gotten out this morning. So, so… that’s good if you haven’t heard, because I’m sure. Somebody would have been like.

Dawn Candia (09:10) Yeah, it’s still happening. They would have been.
