- Horizon NJ commercial vs. managed Medicaid line separation: Horizon NJ approval comes in two stages — commercial first, then Horizon NJ Health (Managed Medicaid) separately. In Medallion the care centers see a single “Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield” line, so they can’t tell which line of business is approved. Workaround per Jason: when commercial approval arrives, edit the existing enrollment and add the commercial line of business; separate effective dates can be split if needed. Dawn wants the lines visually separated for care-center clarity. Per Gong 2026-04-20.

- 2026-04-20 — Email bug resolved: care center managers were receiving email notifications for providers not in their care center.
